Question: Why does the Online Help (eAssistant ) not display on my computer's foreground?

The windows control needs to be enabled and pop-up blocker must be turned off.

To enable windows control:

1. Open Internet Explorer 2. Click Tools >> Internet Options

3. Click the Security tab.

4. Select Trusted sites in the list box. 5. Select the Custom Level box
6. Click to select Enable in the Allow script initiated windows without size or position line. 7. Click OK button. 8. Click the button if the Warning box displays. . The Help Pop-up box should now display on your screen's foreground.
