Display Job Infotypes

Trigger:

There is a need to display the various infotype master data for any Job object.

Access Transaction:

 

Via Menu Path

SAP menu >> Human Resources >> Organizational Management >> Expert Mode >> PO03 - Job

Via Transaction Code

PO03

 

 

 

Procedure:

 

SAP Easy Access

1. Update the following required and optional fields:

White alphanumeric box in upper left corner used to input transaction codes

Enter value in Command.

Example: PO03

2. Click Enter button.

Maintain Job

3. Update the following required and optional fields:

Job

Eight digit code identifying the job. A job is a class and are general classifications of tasks routinely performed together

Enter value in Job.

Example: 30010416

4. Click Enter button.

Information:  Notice the infotypes with a green check mark.  If there is a green check mark next to the infotype title, there is master data for this infotype entered in the system.  If there is no green check mark, there has not been any master data entered for this infotype.

5. Click Planned Compensation button.

Information:  Any infotype with a green check has master data that can be displayed.

Critical:  The dates in the Time period box are important to include all the records that you need to be viewed.  For example, if you chose to display records for the current date, you would not display records that have been delimited previous to the current date.

6. Click Display infotype (F7) button.

7. Click Back (F3) button.

Information:  In this example the planned compensation infotype master data is displayed.  For some infotypes there may be additional navigation required to display all data, such as scrolling between screens or clicking on various tabs.

Maintain Job

8. Click Back (F3) button.

9. The system task is complete.
