A job is created via transaction code [PQ03]. If additional infotypes need to be used to add master data to a job in the future, use transaction code [PO03] to create these additional infotypes on the job record.

Information: Various Infotypes may be created using these instructions. In this example a job specification is being entered into the description infotype field. The job specification is 'created' by OSP; the user is just keying it into SAP.

Information: The job specification contains the description of work as used in the vacancy action. The code 9105 is a 'drop-down' key used to define items in any list. It is not business process related, but rather refers to configuration within the SAP system.
