Perform this procedure to display your work communication data (email and telephone number).
Business Process Procedure Overview |
Employee Self-Service (ESS) enables employees to perform their own administrative tasks in support of life and work events.
The Display Communication Data service is located in the 'My Personal Data' Workset in ESS. Employees will use this service to display their Communication Data: · Email Address · Work Telephone Number · Telephone Extension (if applicable)
The communication data displayed in this service is how other State employees will see it via the ESS Who's Who service or MSS General Data.
Employees will only have the ability to display their communication data in ESS -- any changes must be made through the employee's NCID account profile. The communication data is maintained in NCID and interfaced to BEACON.
