Display Pay Statement |

Perform this procedure display, print or save your Pay Statement.
The Pay Statement is located in th My Pay area of ESS. Employees can use these service to display or print their current or past pay statements. The pay statements are printed in Adobe PDF format and can be printed or saved.
Term: The Pay Statement is also sometimes referred to as: Salary Statement, Pay Check Stub, Pay Slip, or Renumeration Statement.
Note: This instruction assumes you have already logged on to the BEACON Employee Portal. If you need instructions on how to log on, please reference the Logging on to the BEACON Employee Portal job aid.
1. After logging on, the user will be defaulted to the BEACON Home Page.

2. Click the My Data (ESS)
tab.

Information: The Overview page shows all the available Worksets in ESS. A Workset is a grouping of web applications by functional area (e.g. Benefits, Time Management, etc.).

Select the Workset tab. The Workset tabs are located below the Business Package tab (i.e. ESS, MSS, etc.). |

Click the icon for the Workset, 'My Pay.' |

Click the main hyperlink for the Workset, 'My Pay.' |

Information: The Area page includes all the associated web applications for that Workset, the links to access the applications, and a short description of each application (if applicable).
4. To launch the Pay Statement, click the hyperlink ![]()

5. To display a list to include all previous Pay Statements, click
.

Information: Display other Pay Statements, by selecting one from the overview list. The Adobe window below will be refreshed with the Pay Statement selected.

6. The Pay Statements in ESS are launched in Adobe format as a PDF document. Using Adobe functionality, perform one of the following:
