Tips and Tricks
· Prerequisite: The job has been created.
· The planned compensation infotype has been created for the job.
Procedure:
Non-Banded: Maintain an SOC Code and a Retirement Code for a Non-Banded Job
Information: For all combinations the prerequisites include: 1) the job has already been created, 2) the planned compensation infotype has been created.
· All non-banded jobs can have only 1 SOC code and 1 Retirement code per job.
· There will only be 1 Retirement code for each job - once it has been entered, it can not be changed, it needs to be deleted to change to another Retirement code.
· The SOC code can be changed.
· If the user tries to enter another SOC code for the same job, the system will generate an error message.
· If the Retirement code is entered incorrectly the user must delete the entire record and re-enter the record assigning the correct SOC code and Retirement code.
· Records can be deleted if needed
