1. Update the following required and optional fields:

2. Click Enter button.

3. Click the Cost Center Group matchcode.

Code identifying a grouping, for internal reporting purposes, of cost centers with similar characteristics

Enter value in Cost Center Group.

Example: *DHHS*

Information:  Use the matchcode to determine the portion of the hierarchy to be reviewed.  Further information in the search will provide a smaller list to review.  For example, *DHHS* will provide the list of only DHHS divisions.

5. Click Proceed (Enter) button.

7. Click Copy (Enter) button.

Information:  DHHS_CA has been selected.  This represents the hierarchy for DHHS Central Administration.  Once the Cost Center Group has been selected, click on the hierarchy button to show the structure for this division.

10. Click Cost Center button.

Information:  This list displays all the cost centers under DHHS Central Administration.  To look at the detail master data for any of the cost centers, select the cost center and then select the eyeglass button or double click on the cost center to be reviewed.
