Trigger:  Requirement to delete cost center, possibly due to error.

1. Update the following required and optional fields:

2. Click Enter button.

3. Update the following required and optional fields:

4. Click Test Run checkbox.

Information:  The cost center can only be deleted if it was never used.  A cost center cannot be deleted if there are any postings to the cost center.

5. Click Execute (F8) button.

Information:  Check Test Run first to verify that there are no errors.

6. Click Back (F3) button.

7. Click Test Run checkbox.

8. Click Background Processing checkbox.

9. Click Execute (F8) button.

Information:  In this example, the delete will be run in background.  To run the delete job immediately, do not check Test Run or Background Processing and the system will run the job in Foreground which is immediate processing.

10. Update the following required and optional fields:

12. Click Confirm button.
