 Trigger:  Requirement for cost elements report. 

 

 

Business Process Procedure Overview

 

This report will provide a list of the Cost Elements actual and planned costs.   This report will not be fully utilized during this implementation since partial financials are being implemented and the project is not using the budgeted portion.

1. Update the following required and optional fields:

3. Update the following required and optional fields:

Cost Center Group

Code identifying a grouping, for internal reporting purposes, of cost centers with similar characteristics

Enter value in Cost Center Group.

Example: NC_DENR

Information:  Specify the Cost Center Group to produce a report of cost elements for the cost centers within that cost center group.  In this example, the Cost Center Group is NC_DENR.

4. Click Execute (F8) button.

Range: Cost Elements

5. Click .

Information:  Notice the + and/or - next to the cost element line.  This will allow you to expand the lines to show the cost center details associated with this specific cost element.

6. The system task is complete.
