1. Update the following required and optional fields:

Display Change Documents: Cost Element

3. Update the following required and optional fields:

Code identifying the Controlling equivalent of a General Ledger expense account

Enter value in Cost Element.

Example: 50112000

Controlling Area

Code identifying the highest level of the legal entity for which cost center accounting and profit center accounting can be consolidated

Enter value in Controlling Area.

Example: NC01

Information:  Key in the cost element that is being researched.  You may use the matchcode at the end of the field to search the table for the appropriate cost element. 

            Use NC01 in Controlling Area.

 

4. Click Enter button.

General Master Data Record Changes

5. Click All Changes button.

6. Click Back (F3) button.

7. Click Back (F3) button.

8. The system task is complete.
