Trigger: Requirement to produce cost center report.

Business Process Procedure Overview

Transaction S_ALR_87013612 provides a report which shows the summary of expenses for the cost centers. There is the ability to drill down and view Actual/Plan/Variance for a specific Cost Center. Since this implementation will only include partial financials, there will not be anything under plan because budget is not being used.

Cost Center Group

Code identifying a grouping, for internal reporting purposes, of cost centers with similar characteristics

Enter value in Cost Center Group.

Example: NC_DENR

Information: Specify the Cost Center Group to produce a report of the specific cost centers within that cost center group. In this example, the Cost Center Group is NC_DENR.

4. Click Execute (F8) button.

Range: Cost Centers

5. Click .

Information: Notice the + and/or - to the left of the cost center line. This will allow you to expand to show the details or hide the lines to show a summarized total.

6. Click Back (F3) button.

Exit Report

7. Click Yes button.

8. The system task is complete.
