Business Process Procedure Overview |
This report will show the comparison of planned and actual spending by cost center. During the HR/Payroll implementation, partial financials are being implemented. The budget portion will not be used in this implementation so there will not be any amounts in the Plan field.

Code identifying a grouping, for internal reporting purposes, of cost centers with similar characteristics |

Enter value in Cost Center Group. Example: NC_DENR |
Information: Enter the fiscal year and fiscal periods of interest. Enter the Cost Center Group to produce a report of all cost centers under that specific group. In this example, the report will show all cost centers under NC_DENR.
Cost Centers: Actual/Plan/Variance

Information: The report on the right is showing all the entries to the cost elements for DENR. There is a list of the cost centers under DENR on the left side of the screen. Select one of these cost centers to update the report on the right with only the cost elements for that specific cost center.
